Know Your Hunger

Honouring and responding promptly to your hunger is the key to eating well. Whereas if we allow ourselves to become over-hungry we set off a cascade of cravings and are more likely to overeat. In this lesson we discuss what physical hunger looks and feels like, as compared to emotional hunger, and explain how to use the appetite scale for hunger.
